Staying Fit this December

The World Health Organisation recommends adults do at least 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity; or at least 75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity every week.

If you plan to start a new fitness regime and you have any specific health concerns please contact your GP prior to beginning.

Staying active is great for mental wellbeing, boosts the immune system and self-confidence too.

The app: Strava also has some interesting fitness challenges so if you’re in need of a bit of motivation visit their challenges page to find something to inspire you.
