Tywyn Health Centre Telephone System Fault

We are aware of a fault which may be causing callers to be cut-off, particularly at busy times e.g. mornings. Our telephone system provider: BCUHB local Health Board are aware of the fault. Unfortunately we are unable to fix the fault internally but we have been assured that efforts are being made to resolve this issue.

We understand the frustration caused if you happen to be cut-off or unable to get through to us and ask for your patience and perseverance.
