Introducing: Wales Nature Week from July 2nd to 10th!

Wales Nature Week 2022
Celebrate the Well-Being Benefits of Nature!
Welcome to Wales Nature Week, the annual celebration of nature showcasing the fantastic habitats and species of Wales! Our theme this year is ‘Get Connected – The Well-being Benefits of Nature’.
Throughout Wales, partners have organised Wales Nature Week events for you to participate in and enjoy the natural world. From nature walks, talks and activity days.
Enjoy connecting with nature and experience the scientifically proven physical and mental wellbeing benefits nature brings. Did you know, for example, that the Japanese art of forest bathing – a mindful walk through woodland – has been shown to reduce anxiety by 29%!
Explore, Discover and Share your nature images, stories and experiences with us during #WalesNatureWeek
Watch this space for more details or follow us on social to hear our announcements.
