Well-being Support – RCS

This is a useful service which people can contact directly for support and is open to employed and self employed people.

Whether working from home, furloughed, or out on the front-line, many employed or self-employed people may find themselves affected by stress or anxiety because of the current situation.
If you are in need of support or reassurance at this difficult time, RCS can help. We are now providing our well-being support services over phone, Skype or Whatsapp – our experienced team can provide mentoring and coaching support, with rapid access to counselling, CBT or other talking therapies through our professional associates. We can also refer to specialist services such as benefits advice or HR support, and can provide tips and techniques for maintaining physical well-being.
Alongside this one-to-one support, we will also soon be launching a series of well-being webinars for employers to share with their teams free of charge. These are on-line versions of our popular well-being workshops. The webinars will be tailored to cover many of the issues currently affecting the workforce, offering tips and tools on topics such as Motivation and Resilience, Managing Stress, and Sleep.
Our support is available for people who live and work in North Wales, and is 100% free and confidential.
